Applying Beattie’s Model

This week you learned about the characteristics that constitute an aggregate. For this question you will be focusing on a vulnerable population and applying Beattie’s Model.
This assignment is worth a total of 50 points.

1. Use the links below to access a case study. Select the aggregate of most interest to you: (ill attach the case study)
2. Read through the case, then address the following:
3. Identify the aggregate and case you are using.
4. Select at least one of the four quadrants from Beattie’s Model and in 100 words or less, explain why and how it could be utilized to address issues within the selected case study.
5. Propose at least one idea for health promotion from the quadrant that could be used to address issues within the case and discusses how it might be applied. Be sure to connect the Beattie Model to your strategy. This section may be of any length, but please keep the entire paper including references to 3 pages.
6. You may choose any quadrant, but do not automatically assume the only approach is at the individual level. There may be good interventions for the aggregate level or some health policies which should be proposed. Use your imagination!

This is a formal paper. You need to include a title page with running head and page numbers along with the proper formatting for the title. The body should be written in an appropriate font (see the purdue OWL for acceptable fonts) double-spaced, with the title repeated on the first page of content. In-text citations and corresponding references including one from this week’s learning and one peer reviewed library article from the past three years are required. The reference page should be separate with properly formatted and styled references with hanging indent format according to the 7th edition APA. Do not use direct quotations.
