CLIENT POPULATION SERVED
Male or female, Minimum age of 18 years old to seek treatment.
The facility at this time is a voluntary treatment center.
The client’s insurance determines if there’s a waiting period before beginning treatment.
The facility holds up to 38 clients, with the clients being divided between 3 LCSW/MSW.
The agency is client centered and they treat the clients with unconditional positive regard.
The clients do have a grievance procedure and are advised of their rights.

INTERVENTIONS PROVIDED
 Intake and referral procedures?
 Group therapy, individual therapy and art therapy are provided.
 Inpatient and day treatment is provided, with prevention and intervention.
 The treatment is held at the main office location.
 Transportation is provided for clients who are seeking treatment, as well as on an as needed basis for personal matters.
 Average length of treatment is 28 days, approximately 2 weeks are detox, and the remaining time is residential treatment.
 Medical charting on Sunwave, documents the clients progress throughout treatment.
 No Follow-up procedures after the client departs the treatment facility.
 Clients who complete the 28 day program, are referred to in state Partial Hospitalization (PHP), in order to continue their journey in abstaining from dugs or alcohol.

SUMMARY AND EVALUATION:
 List two strengths; the medical staff and techs are knowledgeable with assisting the therapist with the clients, on their journey to recovery.
 Multiple structured group interventions per day, allowing for a sense of community for support to the clients
 two weaknesses. Clients who have relapsed multiple times and depart the detox facility against medical advice, are readmitted to the facility.
 Background checks on clients are not completed prior to intake, some clients have violent criminal history.,
