OVERVIEW
Over the last 2 modules, you have studied how people use social perception to make inferences about others and how these perceptions influence behaviors. Often, perceptions are influenced by fashion and appearance. One area in life where perception is paramount is during job interviews. For this assignment, you will write a paper as if you are creating a blog post on how to dress successfully for an interview.

INSTRUCTIONS
Using the knowledge, you have acquired during the last 2 modules, you will create a blog post that gives the reader five tips on how to dress for an interview to make the best impression and to increase his/her chance of being hired. Each tip must be supported by scholarly sources/research. For example, although telling the reader to not wear a lot of jewelry may be a great tip, if you do not have any evidence to support this claim, do not include it. You will use supporting information from your readings/presentations from modules 2 and 3 and other relevant information you may find.

1. Since this paper is a blog post, it does not have to be written in formal academic style.
2. Use at least 4 references to support your writing. At least 2 of the references must come from readings/presentations from modules 2 and 3. Again, since this is a blog post, you do not need to use a formal citation in the body of your paper, but you do have to reference the work in some way in your paper. This can be done by stating the author’s name, including a website, title of work, etc. If a reference is included on your reference page, it must be referenced somewhere in your paper.
3. You do need to include a formal APA reference page of your sources.
4. Your paper must be a minimum of 1000 words.
5. Be creative. Include a minimum of 3 pictures, variety of fonts, highlight important areas, etc. in order to capture the reader’s attention.
6. Review the grading rubric before submitting.
