Identify what is the difference between descriptive research and evaluative research? In your response explain where program evaluation fits within these types of research. Describe the differences between formative and summative evaluation, provide an example of what each type might measure or evaluate. List the types of data you would find useful to collect and the data sources you would explore when conducting a process evaluation. Format the response in APA format using a minimum of 3 in-text citations that are current within the past 5 years.
Part 2: 300 to 400 word response regarding Measured Outcomes
Identify an organization that you know of or were a part of that measured outcomes. This could be a church group, a charity group, a current or former employer, or non-profit organization. Name and briefly describe the organization and its measurement of outcomes.
Specify whether the focus on outcomes was prompted by a mandate or chosen by the organization.
Describe how the examination of outcomes affected that organization and its learning. Format the response in APA format using a minimum of 3 in-text citations that are current within the past 5 years.
Part 3:
Prepare a paper a 5 to 6 page paper in APA 7th edition format. Please incorporate a minimum of 5 in-text citations that are current no later than 5 years old in Part 3.
Paper should have an abstract, introduction that creates context to the topic and provides a preview as to what the paper will cover and a conclusion that summaries the key points in the paper.
Identify and describe a program created in the past three years and evaluate it using the following prompts. This may be a national program, a local program or one created by an organization familiar to you.
Discuss the political and cultural biases that may have been considered and describe how they relate to your reading.
Formulate suggestions to minimize political and cultural biases related to this program.
